Enter the amount of a hypothetical long-term care expense for the client in today’s money. This expense will be inflated at the “Inflation Rate for Long-Term Care” entered on the “Assumptions” screen. Average long-term care costs can vary widely by region. |

Enter the number of years the long-term care expense will last. The client is assumed to live until the age entered as the “Life Expectancy” on the “Assumptions” screen. |

Enter the name of the policy as you want it to appear in the printed presentation. |

Enter the name of the insured. |

|
Enter the daily benefit amount the client will receive during the long-term care event. |

Enter the annual premium paid by the client. This amount will NOT be added to your income needs, but it will appear in the presentation as part of the assumptions. |

Enter the number of years the policy will pay benefits. |
